The enthusiasm and experience of the 5 Sangiorgi brothers in Restaurant and Hotel activities will offer their guests the taste of genuine and Mediterranean flavors of the excellent Tuscan cooking. Refined dishes, simple or more complex of fresh seafood will delight your palate: since ages, one of the most renowned home specialities are the grilled mussels, but for meat lovers will not be missing for certain T-bone steaks, 'Tagliata' (sliced meat), first and second courses with wild-boar, mushrooms and truffles.

The wine list is structured to integrate in the gastronomic project, considering the reality of our territory and of an accurate research, of Italian and in particular Tuscan wines, with such features and peculiarities to make interesting the matching purposes.
